Dear Team!!      I just wanted to touch base to let you know that I have a group of very special and talented individuals working literally around the clock for our very special company, and our future is looking GREAT… and TODAY is not bad either…. I hope you are making the most of each day, and going after all of the opportunities to share, that arise each and every minute if you are looking for them… and keeping yourself aware!!

When you continue to do what you need to do… it allows me to focus on the bigger picture… which is what I need to do!!  

I hope that your sales will continue to go up as we near the end of the month… and I hope that some of you have set goals to win the incentives we have for this month, and gain recognition on our TeamNouveau website.   If you sit in a restaurant and listen to conversations  (rude?  yes… but..) …. 80% of them will go to “health… wellness… anti-ageing… skin… beauty… etc….”  and guess what… YOU have what they are ALL looking for!!  Speak up and tell them… they will LOVE you for it… and so will I!!  YOU really do make a difference, and without you, none of what we have today would be possible… so .. Thank YOU!!
