Dear Team Nouveau! The newsletter has been sent, and now the work begins!! Those of you who are participating in the personalized newsletter, should have received your first viewing activity report yesterday. This newsletter has been VERY WELL received! The viewing rate is about 30% higher than any newsletter we have had in the past. As Kathi mentioned in her comments… keeping it product specific, with testimonials targeted to the specific product is proving to have been a good decision on the part of our marketing team. Tomorrow we will have a follow-up training to help you capitalize and build your business on the momentum that the newsletter is creating. Even if you are not participating in the personalized service, you have access to all of your customers data in your Virtual Office, and you can use the same dialog to communicate and follow up. The newsletter does not work on its own…. but, the information and your personal touch and attention, will lead to sales, no doubt!!
