Follow up Script and Preferred Pricing
Dear Team Nouveau! The newsletter has been sent, and now the work begins!! Those of you who are participating in the personalized newsletter, should have received your first viewing activity report yesterday. This newsletter has been VERY WELL received! The viewing rate is about 30% higher than any newsletter we have had in the past. As Kathi mentioned in her comments… keeping it product specific, with testimonials targeted to the specific product is proving to have been a good decision on the part of our marketing team. Tomorrow we will have a follow-up training to help you capitalize and build your business on the momentum that the newsletter is creating. Even if you are not participating in the personalized service, you have access to all of your customers data in your Virtual Office, and you can use the same dialog to communicate and follow up. The newsletter does not work on its own…. but, the information and your personal touch and attention, will lead to sales, no doubt!! This method is tried and true… I can’t wait to share it with you, along with an update from my Dallas trip… what a great year we are already having. Let’s GROW..GROW..GROW!!! :) Ace

Oh my gosh…. what an amazing trip I had…. there is nothing quite like spending a day in the lab with Clifton. WOW..WOW..WOW are we in a great business!! We made plans for this coming year, plus a few years out… which, is not easy, as technology brings new possibilities at an astounding pace, but we made our “wish” list!! Our business model is perfect for allowing us to always be defining and acting on the cutting edge of the cosmeceutical industry. Our core product line will continue to raise the bar and set the standard and offer a solution to gorgeous and “well” skin for EVERYONE… and our move into the specialized arena, as with our Complexion Brightener is just one of many opportunities that are at our finger tips. I came home with a BIG BAG of “testers”, with another box being shipped, because the bottles surpassed the 1oz. carry on rule. Long story short… share the product, share the opportunity, and more than anything, treat your business like the business it is. Work smart. Setting your plan of “action” and doing what needs to be done, will put you in the drivers’ seat and in total control of your future… both finanancially and in lifestyle. While I was in Dallas they did a test of the newsletter, and because of our new template, there were some custom fields that were not tracking 100%, so we did not release it. This morning, the testing continues, and they are making progress. I have given them instruction to send it when it’s ready, which means there may be only a couple of hours to see it in preview, so hopefully all of you have your messages programmed and ready to go… this is going to be very exciting, for us, our customers and new prospects. We are all very fortunate to have what we have…. never take it for granted… your business will do for you, what you do for it!! Let’s do it BIG!!! Ace

The product is now available in the shopping cart, and can even be added to future AS’s, so… be sure to let all of your preferred customers know what their future options are. In fact, a new person can enroll in the Preferred AS program, with the Complexion Brightener ala’ carte. It is no longer necessary to set up an AS with a “system”. Same is true with Executive Consultants. The qualifier for Executive Status is an AS with a minimum of 50 PV, rather than a Nouveau System. We know this is going to be a positive change, and will help all of you build an even stronger Preferred Customer base!!
The webpage for the Complexion Brightener is nearly complete and will be added to the websites very soon, so keep your eyes open…. it’s gorgeous. Also… all of you who are participating in the Customized Newsletter should have been contacted by Gabriel, have your prospects loaded to your portal… ready to go. We will post here when the newsletter is in preview, so you can each see it prior to it being sent. Okay… you still have 7 hours to submit Complexion Brightener pre-orders….. up until MIDNIGHT Mountain Time!
Support is trying to close up shop, and they keep getting orders…. so, I told them we would give a final tally and give you guys the rest of the day to finish business!! Marilyn is in the lead with 11, as of 10 minutes ago, Barbara and Penney were on her heels and tied with 7 each…… so, it’s still up in the air… as I just saw a few more come in, but have no idea who they belong to!
I’m really proud of all of you…… we have a BUNCH of brand new customers, so I’m excited to see how this new addition to the line is already expanding your Customer base, and allowing you to introduce Nouveau to a whole new crowd!! YIPPEEEEE…. We are receiving Complexion Brightener to fill Pre-Orders on TUESDAY!! If you have not submitted your pre-orders get them in NOW… you don’t want to be left out!!
Once all the pre-0rders have been filled, and the entire inventory of Complexion Brightener is received, (within the next 2 weeks) we will be add the Complexion Brightener to the shopping cart and make it an official member of the Nouveau family!! Dear Team Nouveau!! The countdown is on, and all of you who are participating in the Customized Nouveau News 2009 Online Marketing campaign should have received your confirmation letters this morning. If you have not received a letter from Support, they need to hear from you, so you are not left out!!
The newsletter has a whole new look and feel… and I can personally say that it is SPECTACULAR, and kudos to the design team!! The Complexion Brightener is our product of focus…. We will be having a conference call with each of you to give you access to your personal portals, give you a preview of the newsletter, help you customize your greeting before it goes out, and then we’ll have another follow up call to help you understand the reports you will be receiving from your customers viewing trends. The $25.00 ($50.00 non-Executive Consultants) will be billed on the 15th of the month, and goes on a 30 day AS schedule, as long as you choose to keep the service.
We will be sending the newsletter as soon as the Complexion Brightener is ready to go and each of you have had time to load your data bases with all of your contacts.
