Here is a JPG of the “Emerging..” Complexion Brightener ad.  The typo has been corrected, and the spacing is better on the description.  Sometimes when you compress things for the web, the words can either be far apart, or too close, so this will give you a better visual  to work with.  The response has been OVERWHELMING on this… we are so happy that everyone loves it… and that your customers are responding.  If you’ve not heard from those on your list… be sure to be pro-active and make the first call.. they will be glad you did!!  Ace

Complexion Brightener ad 1

Okay… this is a little embarassing, but hopefully everyone just has their eyes on the beautiful butterfly!!  In the newsletter we talked about “Hyper-pigmentation” darkening of the skin… but put “Hypo”, which is actually the opposite.  When we caught it, the newsletter had already starting sending and it could not be retracted.   We are going to post a jpeg with the information corrected for those of you who want to print off the information to share with others.  It will be posted on Friday.  In the meantime, go ahead and forward this gorgeous unveiling to all you know… if they bring up the “hypo”… just explain the “typo”!!  We love how this turned out, and are getting lots of great feedback already… very cool stuff!  Have a great day!  Ace

Good Morning!!  I just wanted to send a reminder about sending your personal Nouveau monthly goals to Gabriel by this Friday.  gabriel@mynouveau.com  He is very excited about helping each of you individually to meet them.  I’m amazed at the success that is already happening with those of you who have only been working with him for 2 weeks!!  Impressive, and exciting to say the least.  In addition, if you have not already started, begin this week creating your New Before/After photo album.  If you already have an album… it’s time to freshen it up!!  It was a great call yesterday.. thank you Clifton and Gabriel for so much enthusiasm and knowledge!!  Have a great day!  Ace

Due to the overwhelming response to submitting these press releases, we are going to make a change in the submission process.  Rather than send your lists to support, The Marshall Plan will be keeping track of all submissions by Consultants.  If you have already submitted, please email the list to jennifer@jmarshallplan.com, and when you make future submissions, simply “cc” Jennifer in your emailed submission.  Rebecca has submitted to over 15 publications!!  Way to go, Rebecca… you’re going Atlanta on the map!!    Jennifer Marshall is excited to see everywhere you guys are going with these… there will be another Press Release coming soon!!  Have a wonderful day!  Ace

Dear Team!!
