Monday Training Call!

Touching Base!

Hi there!  I hope everyone had a great Memorial Day weekend… mine was wonderful.  I spent it at the ranch riding horses with family and friends, and am now back and fully charged to finish out the month and head full steam into June!  I will be getting with all of you who sent your monthly budgets to me this week.  We want to get started right away.  It is important for each of you to get out your summer schedules, and make sure that Nouveau is a part of each day and week, so that you can be sure to put your business on a solid track, that will be already going strong when we go into to Fall.  If you have not sent me your monthly income goal, please get it to me ASAP…  so you’re not left out.  We should have our new printed materials in within just a few weeks….. they are really spectacular!!   You should also be getting your newsletter reports… use these to hit your numbers.  They are full of valuable information, but need your follow up to show people that you really care and are there to help!!  Everyone appreciates someone going that extra step on their behalf.  I’m in your corner… and you can do it!!  Much Love, Ace

MORE….

Okay.. this is from a marketing executive who was responsible for turning a small mom and pop operation into the largest motocross racing organizations in the world.  Nouveau is not motorcycles… but marketing is marketing!! 

Ace… I forgot to tell you on Monday that I went through your catalog and brochure.  WOW, you did a great job.  I wouldn’t change anything!  Plus I love the modeling pictures.

LOOK… this is REALLY cool!!!

Good Morning!!  I could hardly sleep last night after getting the emails that I am about to share with you.  I received a resume from a Corporate Leader of one of the BIGGEST cosmetic companies in the WORLD!  After visiting with this wonderful woman I asked her to give me feedback on Nouveau’s new product catalogue and opportunity brochure…  I got her response last night.. and here is what she said.  (I’ve blocked out the name of the company to protect her privacy.)   Kudo’s to the design team.. you guys are AWESOME.   Ace

Feedback on Product Catalog:

Simply Outstanding! Your catalog is beautiful and really draws your consumers in. Gives truly the feel of luxury.  Your packaging is outstanding and gives the feeling of good value for the money. You did a great job at research in terms of your product and catalog presentation being in line with current market trends.  Congratulations!Opportunity Brochure FeedbackWow!  The creative on this is amazing and the copy is so clear.  I love the way you call it “family” and you can “pick your relatives.”  What a hoot!   You make the downline diagram come alive…much more than the standard “stick” people you often see..  You make network marketing seem fun and not a lot of hard work as often people associate with building a downline..you really have a fresh approach..Beautiful print piece and easy to for others to explain who you are as a company…..

Only one suggestion I have moving forward as you start building your top “winners” to include how much I can expect to make on average with the *results may not be typical…or however you want to put it with your creative spin…

What I found out when I  served as XXXX’s National Manager of Sales Leadership Transformation and led XXXX’s Global Leadership (MLM)Transformation market research with new consultants and those looking to be consultants through random phone and field surveying that they typically look for :

1. Ease of the program/company and how to sign up.

2. Ease of gaining the knowledge needed to be successful i.e, transformation of knowledge regardless of whom brings you into the business.

3. What is in it for me.  How much on average can I expect to possibly make with my investment the first year perhaps…

4. Am I represented as an Individual

You covered 1 and 2 beautifully..I would feel comfortable as a new consultant and the downline is SO Neat to look at..When you get top people that would be so cool to put in those pictures as well…I loved it…I loved you as well, it makes you seem approachable..If I was at a convention, I would feel comfortable with approaching you as the leader…

Thank you for giving me the honor of reviewing it…I have had the pleasure over my 9 years at XXXX to aid in designing 4 opportunity/new consultant appointment kits, 3 opportunity meeting presentations and countless recruiting/opportunity brochures and your concept clearly has XXXX beat…you are really fresh and your perspective in fresh….please keep me in the loop….I will have to order some products to try..

Summer Newsletter

Thank you all for you positive feedback from this mornings call…. I can see that you were also ready for a specific strategy and I can’t wait to get to work with each of you!!

I wanted to also give an update for those who missed the call, on the newsletter…… we will be sending the it in just a few days.  The topic and focus will be Summer and Sun.  I will be giving my personal Nouveau regimen for summer skin and the main article will focus on Sun and the damage it does to the skin.  We’ll talk about how Nouveau can reverse the damage already done, and prevent future damage.  The product featured will be the bronzing mist…… please write your personal notes with this in mind!!  It’s going to be wonderful… and very educational!  Update your contacts so that nobody will miss out!  Ace

Opportunity brochure from outsiders

I first just want to tell all of you who have placed your orders what it means to me for you to have such faith in me.  I can’t believe the number of orders that have come in, and you guys are totally going with this site unseen… and spending quite a chunk of change….. these materials are going to pay for themselves 100 fold with the right game plan.  Here are two more comments I received this morning on the opportunity brochure.  One of these is from a woman who knew NOTHING of our business and the other is a person with an Masters degree in journalism…. I am soooo excited about this…. in case you haven’t figured that out yet!! ;)  Much Love… Ace

This is phenomenal!  The lay-out is awesome, as is the message.  I wouldn’t change a thing!Looks great, Ace! The copy is great, too.

brochure feedback
