crazy stuff… join me on the call

I have wanted to blog about everything that has happened over the past several days on my vacation.  It’s too much to write so I’ll share on the call today.  1:00 pm EST 507-726-3300 PIN 22221#.  This is the last day of the month….  give it what it takes to hit your monthly goal.  I will be sending 50 of the “Passion” postcards to all who make it on the TeamNouveau.com site for their March Sales and Sponsorship levels.  We used the postcards last night for a meeting… and they are WONDERFUL.    I’ll tell you what we did on the call!  See you there!  Ace

End of Month!

If you made it a goal to be recognized on TeamNouveau for March, it is up to you to do it!!  You have a 4 days left, and I’m watching the daily sales and sponsorships.    Don’t let the month end without you hitting your goal.  We all depend on one another, and if you made a committment, do whatever it takes to make it happen.  If you won’t do it for yourself… do it for ME… I believe in you!!   I’m in your corner… Much Love!  Ace

Goal Setting

Good Morning!!  I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter, and are ready to get to work to finish out this month with success!  I had some very good meetings last week, and have several more scheduled this week….. Newsletter Follow up Training

Preview of March News

YEAH!!!  The preview of March NouveauNews has been posted to the portal….. I think it is one of the BEST yet!!  GREAT job to the team who made it all happen.  You all have NO idea how committed this group is to your success!!  Now it’s time for you to do your part.  It will be going out tomorrow morning, so make sure that all of your contacts have been updated and added in your portal, plus be sure to add your personal note!  I can’t wait to get your feedback!!  GO…GO… Nouveau!!!

March Newsletter

Good Morning!!  We are putting the final touches on the March Newsletter.  We hope to have it in preview in the next few days.  The focus is on the science… skin wellness vs skin care.  We will also be giving the Nouveau Facial Recipe, and I am making a personal call for dynamic people to join our Team!!  There is some VERY good information in here…. I’m excited for you all to see it!  Keep adding prospects and warm leads to your portal, so that everything will be in place when we send it out.  We are aiming for the 15th…. if all goes well!!  I’ll let you know when it’s in preview!  Ace

Opportunity Worksheet Update

I am so excited about the response I am getting from prospects who are listening to the overview call!!    I have updated the “Know your Opportunity” (Step 3) worksheet to include a section on “Sharing your Opportunity”.  It is the words and system  I use when presenting the business opportunity.   Please print off the new worksheet so you have a guideline and plan for starting and/or increasing the strength of your own team.  The LIVE opportunity meeting will be on Monday at 1:00 pm EST 507-726-3300 PIN 22221#  I can’t wait to meet your guests!!  Ace

I’m Recruiting… and will help you recruit, too!

Good Morning… I have begun looking for dynamic people to join our team.  I have outlined the characteristics that I am looking for.  Yesterday I did an opportunity meeting for Glenda and Rebecca, and within 24 hours  each sponsored new consultants who fit the description.  I am going to use our Monday call for another LIVE opportunity call, for my guests, and I want to extend the invitation to you and yours.  I have created an overview call, and it is working very well.  I simply 3-way the person I am talking with to the call, and if they want more information, I am having them look at the website…. write down any questions they may have, and then schedule them to be on the call Monday.

 Here is a note I received from Rebecca after our meeting yesterday. 

 Hi Ace-
 
I just got home from picking my children up from school.  I just got your message, and sorry I missed your call (boy…one of these days I hope to be home when you call me).  Anyway, thanks for your call and all your kind words…and thanks so much for doing the opportunity call today.  Tina should be signing up as I write.  She’s very excited about it.  I know other people where on the call listening in too.  I called in early and heard a bunch of beeps, but only Tina spoke up.  I told a lot of people about the call, they must of just wanted to listen in to see what it was all about.  The call was wonderful, so I hope they are considering the opportunity now!
 
Anyway, Tina’s great and she’s very educated about skin care so I know she will do wonderful at this.  I told her that she’s lucky because none of the consultants have these special new marketing postcards.  She seemed very excited to be getting them as a sign-up bonus and to get a call from you.  :-)
 
Thanks again for doing the call today Ace.  I will do my best to get more on the call next week.
 
I’m so excited to have my very first consultant under me now!  YEAH!  :-)

Clifton’s Facial Instructions

I TOTALLY enjoyed the call today!!  Great feedback… wonderful questions… and so much enthusiasm.  How fortunate are we to have such a spectacular person in the lab!  Because we had so many inquiries about Nouveau vs. Chemical Peels and Dermabrasion… I thought I would post the “Nouveau Facial” instructions.  I just finished doing it myself, and can’t tell you how amazing my skin feels.  The other thing I noticed… is how little time it actually takes….. when you cut out all the extra steps (facial masks… scrubs.. etc.) not only does it cut down on products needed… but, a whole bunch of time, too! 

1.  Lightly dampen your face and neck

2.  Apply thin layer of cleanser to face and neck and allow to dry (approx. 1 - 4 minutes)

3.  Wet a clean washcloth and microwave for 20 - 30 seconds.  (careful.. it gets hot.)

4.  Allow it to cool enough to comfortably cover your face and neck and let sit until cool, then lightly wipe your face and neck.

5.  Rinse the washcloth and heat it again, and repeat the above step.

6.  Pat dry

7.  Apply Serum

8.  Apply AM/PM and you are good to go!!

You can do this on your body, as well.  The only difference is you would follow up with the Firming Lotion.  Give your arms and legs a treat…. you won’t believe how wonderful this works!!
