We have had so much response to the February newsletter, that I have asked Clifton to join us on our Monday training call!  Invite all of your guests to attend… there is nothing better than hearing Clifton talk about Nouveau and why it is so different and dynamic… and why it really WORKS!!  If you have specific product questions, please email me at ace@mynouveau.com prior to the call!  Of course, I always open things up for a live Q and A…. but, sometimes people are afraid to speak up and I want to make sure we cover all the bases.    Ace

Rebecca submitted the following question to Support and I thought everyone would benefit from my personal answer, and if you have other suggestions, please share! 

Q - I was wondering if you had any suggestions on how I would go about writing the emails to my contacts for the newsletter who have been looking at the looks and money sections in the newsletter?  How would you recommend I go about this?  Not for people who have already contacted me…..for the people I see on my report who are really looking but have not contacted me yet? 

Do you have any suggestions for a great email to contact them with?  Something to grab their attention to talk more with me about the products and the opportunity?  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

My Suggestion:  I would send a personal email and/or better yet… pick up the phone and let them know that the newsletter went out on Wednesday and that you have been more than thrilled by the response, and want to get their personal feedback.  (This will get the dialogue flowing and allows them to share their personal opinion and ask questions.)   Keep it simple… and don’t overthink it.  Go from your heart!!  If there are people in your report who have not viewed it yet… I would send them the same note to get them to take a closer look!   Ace

Good Morning… I just had to show you all the email I received first thing today from Rebecca!    Way to go, Rebecca… (check out the number of contacts she has entered)  and thank you so much for the interview and allowing us to share it with literally THOUSANDS!  As for a “flyer” of this newsletter, each page of the newsletter is available in “print version”… it is totally acceptable to print these pages and put them together as a marketing piece.  I think it would be very powerful!

Good Morning!!   Some of you have noticed a difference on the Serum bottles.  Well… we have been shipping our newest batch of serum for about 2 weeks, and over the weekend one of our consultants discovered something, and we had to laugh to keep from crying!!  The decorator had used the European label on the U.S. bottles.  Fortunately the serum formulation for Europe and U.S. are the same.  This is the most recent and fresh batch of serum to date… the label is just a bit different.  Most people will never notice the difference…. heck, we didn’t catch it in the warehouse… that’s how close it matches.  BUT… for those who do, just explain what happened, and tell them to use the product with confidence and keep the bottle as a keepsake, because it truly is one of a kind.  We are still shipping serum in this container, and will do so until the end of the week, when we receive the U.S. decorated bottles.  The show must go on, and I love all of you for your positive attitudes and fun spirits!  As Glenda mentioned yesterday on the team training call… “What a great way to let people know we’re global!!”     GLOW GLOW Nouveau - Ace
