Okay… I’m exhausted… I was up at 5:00 am, flew to Dallas and spent the day with Clifton and Gary…. just got back to Albuquerque a few hours ago.  Needless to say… I think I’m exhausted, but I’m too excited to feel it!!  We were discussing the Advisory Council… and trust me…YOU will want to be on it, if for no other reason than to get the goods!!  I have “plumper” in hand, and today, I practically ripped Gary’s hand from his arm, when he took it from me, just to smell it.  (They have been working on the scent…. frankly… I don’t care what it smells like… I just want LIPS!)    It was a great day, and I had so much fun brain storming and realizing all of the big plans we have in store for Nouveau….. many of you have sent me emails, and are committed to being on the Council… Barbara already has over 300 in PV and it’s only the 2nd of the month….. GO  BARBARA GO!!!    I can’t wait to see who jumps up here with her!!  Have a wonderful evening… I hope you’re making your calls!!  Love,  Ace

As announced last night… the Nouveau Advisory Council is forming… the top 10 Retailers for March and April, will serve on this very special Council…. this morning… Barbara Windes has already taken a strong lead, with sales coming in, starting around 6:00 am!!  Great job Barbara… way to set the pace!!  Ace

Okay Gang… I have to share something that I have been doing all morning, and it has been 100% successful so far….  I am sooooo excited about what we are going to be announcing on Monday (of course… it’s a bit unfair, because I know everything that is coming, and you’re just going to have to go on faith… but, I’ve not let you down, and I’m not about to start now!!!)  that I am calling people I have been prospecting over the last several months.  I am simply calling (picking up the phone… no emails here… voice to voice) to tell them that we had spoken in the past about Nouveau.  I then tell them that on March 1st there is going to be a call for all the Nouveau Consultants.  And here’s what I’m saying… “This call is for Consultants, but I would love to give you the number so that you can eaves drop and get a sense of where this company is going, and the team that will be taking it there.  You will not really understand the business, as we will be speaking to the Consultants who are already in the business, but it will give you a very good idea of our culture and direction.  I think you will gain GREAT insight to how exciting this is going to be, and if you can see yourself as a part of the big picture… we’ll need to talk, and quick!!   If you like what you hear, we’ll get together after the call, to discuss the details…. you’re just going to “eaves drop” and listen… nobody will even know you’re there… but, I’ll call you as soon as it’s over!”  EVERY single person I have called has committed to being on the call.  Of course I will call them again Monday evening about an hour before to remind them and to make sure they have the number and PIN.

Spend the next few days doing this…. and your team is going to skyrocket right from the get-go…. there will not be a prospect on that call that will not be stirred to action!!!  GO..GO..GO!!!  Ace

Dear Team Nouveau… I just wanted to touch base to let you know that my meetings with Clifton this week have been VERY exciting!!  We are putting a game plan together to make Nouveau a MEGA star in our industry….  we have begun work on our cutting edge cosmetic line…. NOTHING like it exists in the market today… so we will be creating a whole new sector with our “Colour” line….. we are interviewing some very dynamic individuals to fill some key positions to take us to the next level….. we are GROWING UP… and each of you and all of the new Consultants who are currently joining us are going to be in a WIN position if you work this business and all it has to offer to your full advantage… it gives me goose bumps to realize how blessed we are… and how blessed we will continue to be!!  I’ll fill you in more on Monday!!  Keep sharing the news and prospecting for your team… the more momentum you build today… the more you will have going for you when we begin turning up the HEAT!!!  WOOO HOOOO….
